Very nice and next to airport.

Reception was warm. Room was great. Bathrooms were nice and shower was amazing. Room service was on point. Free shuttle to airport on demand. I'd stay again.

The only thing I can say I wasn't pleased with, was the fact that for the first two days there was no television service and not much alternative was given by the hotel. Also, I was there with my 94-year-old grandmother and the hotel didn't seem to have handicap accessibility in the room bathroom. Other than that everything was great.

En general la estadia estuvo bien sin embargo a la tarifa que pague por hoteles.com me cobraron los impuestos adicionales y no cumplio hotele.com con el aviso de impuestos incluidos y durante toda la estancia solo me dejaron 1 toalla cuando estabamos hospedados 2 personas.

A nivel general la parte operativa del hotel bien. Sin embargo resultaron deshonestos con el cobro de la tarifa, pues allá terminaron cobrando valores adicionales supuestamente por IVA, y eso en la página no está estipulado. Así que me siento engañado por la tarifa que manifiestan en la página vs la tarifa que cobran, eso daña la imagen del hotel.

Buen hotel cerca al estadio.

El estado general del hotel y sus servicios es bueno, pero tuve un inconveniente con el estacionamiento del vehículo, ya que ni en la página de hoteles.com, ni en la información del hotel mencionaban que solo disponían de una pequeña bahía frente al hotel donde solo caben unos 4 o 5 vehículos. Tuve que parquear el carro a 5 cuadras del hotel y pagar $20.000. Otro tema para comentar es que me asignaron una habitación con 2 camas sencillas, y solicité que me cambiara a una con una cama doble, porque iba de viaje con mi pareja pero no me colaboraron con el cambio. También debían mejorar en la insonorización de las habitaciones. Por lo demás, limpieza, ubicación, servicios, estado del hotel, le daría una buena calificación.

I stayed a total of 5 nights in this hotel. Good location, quiet and safe. Staff was excellent but only one spoke some English. The bad was. NO HOT WATER. The entire hotel has hot water issues. Changing from scalding hot to pure cold because the installer of the heaters did not correlate the pressures and flow.
