The breakfast buffet was amazing, wide variety of fruits, protein, carbs, local foods, juices. Excellent. The staff was amazing, customer oriented. I want to specially thank Valentina (mentor) and her mentee Michelle. Both incredibly amazing, kind and efficient.

Excellent service and attention. From the front desk with Carolina and Valentina, to Gustavo at the entrance, Judith in restaurant. Amazing staff, always cordial and prompt to help guests. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfy. The surrounding area is nice with lots of restaurants to walk to. We always come back to Hampton in Cali.

Situated in a walkable, beautiful, friendly and safe neighborhood The Hampton was the perfect place for my first visit to Colombia. Not to mention the staff is excellent and the free breakfast is fantastic. Cali is hot so the air conditioning and rooftop pool are a huge plus.

Property was nice. Wish i had gotten a room with a view as promised but there was none all of the four days i stayed. I went to cali to participate in the cali marathon and I appreciated the hotel having breakfast available the day of the race at a very early hour. Overall my stay was very nice. House keeping staff were really nice too. Would probably stay there again.
