A lovely villa with a well-equipped kitchen, games room, comfortable living room and beautiful views from the sun terrace. In a good place for a short drive to the beach or up into the mountains for levada walks.

Great house with everything!

This house has absolutely everything you need! All utensils, all appliances, barbecue, etc, 5 min drive from the beach! This is the second time we use Casa Santos and would definitely be back. Thank you!

Wonderful house with spectaculous view to the sea

We spent 18 days in this wonderful house with 5 person (4 adults, one child) and had a great time there. We enjoyed loving on the terrace and the balconys while having a wonderful view to the sea und the area around. We also loved to play Snooker in the large cellar room. The house is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. 2 toilets with showers, big and comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, WiFi, several TVs and so on. A nearby supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, etc can easily be reached within a few minutes by foot. The Calheta beach is only 5 minutes by car away. The communication with the owner was absolutey professional and uncomplicated. We got every help und suppport that we needed during our stay. Thanks a lot the Ulisses and especially to Sonia who gave us helpful advices and every help we needed! We can recommend the house in any case!

Canadians in Madeira

Lovely spot but roads are not for the faint of heart. Had trouble finding property and did lots of driving on steep narrow windy roads. Scary for us flat landers.

Grande maison bien équipée, idéale pour 2 couples avec enfants. Grand pièce de jeux en bas avec billard, baby-foot et TV donnant sur une grande terrasse avec belle vue sur mer. La grande chambre à l’étage est en mezzanine sans volet. À noter la sonnerie des cloches de l’église toute proche dès 7h du matin. 2 places de parking devant la maison.Cuisine bien équipée mais poêles à renouveler.

Belle maison familiale sur les hauteurs de Calheta, necessitant un moyen de transport pour y accéder.Bien équipé, propre.Très belles vues sur l'océan Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et avec une personne qui gère sur place que nous n'avons pas rencontréeBon emplacement pour visiter l'ouest de l'île mais il faut compter environ 45 min de trajet pour rejoindre Funchal.Port de Calheta agréable

Nous voulions découvrir l'île dans une grande partie de ses aspects et recoins... le lieu de la location était parfait !Nous voulions être éloignés des zones à touristes, là encore... parfait !Très bon échanges avec le propriétaire, à notre écoute. Merci !La location est géniale... très grande, des activités sur place : on s'est régalé de parties de billard. L'intérieur est très jolie et il y a tout ce qu'il faut. A proximité des commerces et de la plage de Calheta.Objectifs largement atteinds. Nous recommandons le lieu !!!

Hübsches, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit tollem Blick

Geräumiges Haus mit vielen Extras, z. B. Billard. Umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, nur Toaster muss festgehalten werden, verriegelt nicht mehr. Terrasse nach hinten hat tollen Meerblick. Prima Außengrill.
