The Tuscan style property has been designed with families in mind, with 8 chic bedrooms that can accommodate up to 16 guests. Each air conditioned bedroom is self-contained and features an en-suite bathroom thus providing a degree of privacy. You can choose 8 out of the 9 bedrooms, the 9th bedroom will be locked during your stay.
We have 2 have super king size beds, 2 bedrooms are king size and 5 bedrooms have two single beds, which can be converted to king beds thus providing beds for 16 . Each bedroom and bathroom has a different theme providing an element of surprise. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, 4 on the 1st floor and 3 on the 2nd floor.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, 4 on the 1st floor and 3 on the 2nd floor. Two master bedrooms on the first floor do not have wardrobes.
8 BATHROOMS
All 8 bathrooms are en suite and are designed towards a luxury experience with top-of-the-line amenities. The furnishings, Kohler fittings and finishes are reminiscent of a boutique hotel, where the details are all orientated towards pure quality and seamless enjoyment, any time of day. Some of the statement pieces include large granite counters, his and hers Taps, and bath tubs with rain showers. 3 of the 8 bathrooms have bathtubs. The honeymoon suite features only a glass separating the bathroom from the bedroom.
KITCHEN
The striking open plan modern kitchen provided a haven to cook. The mood lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere to create some delicious meals which can be enjoyed at the adjacent 16 seater dining table.
AC LIVING ROOM
The beautiful French doors provides easy access to the swimming pool and creates a great cross ventilation. The living room features a home entertainment center with TV, DVD player and Tata Sky. The living room is the hub of the property and interconnects to the dining room, kitchen and staircase. With so many options to cater to your every whim, the concept of indoor/outdoor living comes to a crescendo at this bijou villa.
GARDEN
The modern approach of the materials featured throughout this holiday home blend with the surrounding nature where beautiful stone work retain the Tuscan vibe. The garden features a pergola with rainbow drapes injecting a bit of color to the predominately white and brown façade. The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV security system and a security guard offering you additional security. Parking is for 3 sedan cars.

KIDS PLAYROOM
This is a wow factor of the house, a whole room dedicated to children and the young at heart. The playroom is hand painted and themed 'under the sea', and features many characters from down under, see how many you can spot! Don't forget to look out for 'Sheila the Shark' and give her a wave from us. There is a playhouse, games, TV with kids DVDs, slide and Lego table. The kids will surely be entertained.
HOUSEKEEPING
-Done daily for 4 hours.
-Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every 5th day.
We have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals. Cooking can be provided for and additional cost, please pay the housekeeper directly, whose charges are reasonable.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the villa. We do not give the premises to more than one party at a time so you have exclusive use of the villa including bedrooms, bathrooms; self catered kitchen, living room, dining room and garden.
About the destination:
Calangute is a town in North Goa, famous for its beach. The beach is the largest in North Goa and visited by thousands of domestic and international tourists alike. The peak tourist season is during Christmas and New Year, and during the summer in May. During the monsoon season, from June through September, the sea can be rough and swimming is prohibited. The beach offers water sport activities like parasailing and water skiing, among others.
COOKING
The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks or delivered by a restaurant for an additional cost. If you wish to opt for a cook, this should be confirmed at the time of the booking. We have limited cooks and it will be difficult to provide the service last minute. Your cook will only be booked once fully payment is made towards this service.
