"The hotel was great. Good location as could walk to San Antonio and taxis were quick/cheap (~£25 to Pacha, ~£30 to Hi). Only thing is our fridge wasn’t very cold in the room and the shower kept going scalding hot but we were not too fussed as we only used the room to sleep and get ready."
"Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay here. There were several issues that made the experience uncomfortable and not what I expected.
The Wi-Fi didn’t work, which was very inconvenient. The air conditioning was centrally controlled, so we had no way of properly adjusting the temperature ourselves — it was either too hot or too cold.
The hotel is also right next to a construction site, which meant there was considerable noise and disruption. The bed was extremely hard, like...
"This is my second stay here. I booked a superior room and the room itself was nice and clean, it had a small balcony that basically overlooked a roof top and other rooms opposite. Most rooms at this hotel are not the biggest size wise but adequate and well kept. Beds are made and cleaned every day. The whole resort was clean, maintained and the all inclusive buffet (although by the end of a week a tad repetitive) has a big selection and quality food.
