After an initial mishap with not being able to locate our reservation and then giving us the incorrect room and stained bedding, the team were promptly able to address the issues. Although some improvement in cleanliness could be made the location to the Pyramids (Sphinx) entrance and view of the pyramids is fantastic! Literally a stones throw away!

I felt like staying at this hotel was hard work. The car from the airport wasn’t there to pick us up, the room we paid for wasn’t available to us on the first night (we were refunded the difference), the hotel is new but the bathroom fixtures and cupboards didn’t work properly. The power was cut by the hotel staff at 10am one day and wasn’t put back on until several hours later. There was no explanation of why or warning that it would happen or when it would come back on. The staff is friendly but seem inexperienced. It is very conveniently located to visit the pyramids. Overall it’s more of a 2 star hotel. It needs improvement.

The hotel looks exactly like the photos! The staff are wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. They helped us arrange the ATV experience with the pyramids view the same morning and it was very convenient. The restaurant food was really good, especially the half chicken well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. Breakfast was great as well. The room was nice, clean, and a good size. I really love the hotel, definitely recommend:-) Just be careful when calling an Uber or taxi, as there’s another hotel with a similar name nearby so make sure you double-check the location. It’s located on a smaller side street, but it feels completely safe and not sketchy at all. Theres also other restaurants and cafes near by walking distance.

I booked a pyramids view room. Upon arrival, they took us to our room. It had no window and was more of a utility room with 2 fold out beds. They said the room I booked was not available and that they had no other rooms to offer. I asked for a refund since we had to book another hotel. They said to handle the refund with expedia. Expedia had a hard time reaching out to the hotel, I got refunded eventually but It came from expedia, not a hotel. What s a scam!!
