Great place, but...

Owner very helpful and big and spacious rooms. Was allowed to check in very early. About 10 minute walk from the entrance to the pyramids. Internet not the best, and you never knew when breakfast was served. That kinda happened when it fits the hotel. All in all very satisfied, but some of the customer service at the hotel could improve.

Pros: close to pyramids and sphinx Cons: 1. No housekeeping all week 2. No food options 3. No wifi after 3 days 4. Streets super busy and noisy especially at night 5. Shower has no tub so the water is everywhere in bathroom and slowly drains into a hole by the toilet

Ho lasciato l' albergo dopo la prima notte e ne ho cercato e pagato un altro. Mi hanno fatto pagare 20 euro per il trasporto dall' aeroporto mentre sul sito in fase di prenotazione, c'era scritto che era gratuito. Mi hanno chiesto un supplemento di 30 euro per qualcosa che non ho nemmeno capito ma mi sono rifiutato di pagare. Al mio arrivo non c'era posto e mi hanno portato in un altro orribile posto per passare la notte. La mattina dopo non c' era la colazione, prenotata e pagata. Le strutture sono gestite da ragazzi molto giovani che cercano in tutti i modi di prendere i tuoi soldi senza badare assolutamente al cliente. State alla larga.

Lo unico q me gusto fue la señora del servicio del desayuno muy atenta y servicial lo que no me gusto es que nuestro vuelo era a las seis de la tarde y hable con la persona encargada que si podia entregar la habitacion a esa hora porque no podiamos irnos al aeropuerto antes y me dijo que estaba bien luego subio y me dijo que tenia que pagarle a dos dolare por cada hora y yo le dije que nosotros estuvimos fuera del hotel 3 dias y no les pedimos reenvolso por ese tiempo y siempre que hemos ido a otros hotele y nos ha pasado algo asi nos han dejado quedarnos y se han mostrado muy amables en ese aspecto al final tuve que pagarle nueve dolares por esas horas extra increible despues de todo el dinero que les habiamos dejados en los tours que habiamos hechos con ellos que sobreevaluan todos los servicios lo unico importante para esas personas es quitarte todo el dinero que sea posible no le importa el cliente
