It was a comfy room and I enjoyed the trip with this hotel so well. And they served good breakfast. I booked this hotel as it has fast WiFi but I was forced to stay other hotel which is a chain hotel of The Midtown Hotel. The hotel had WiFi but it was a little bit weak. Even with that, it was a great stay and I highly recommend here. Thank you so much for great service, Basma.

Wonderful staff and location

Mohammed, Mahmoud and Sherouq made our stay a wonderful experience. They were available and always there to help with excellent service, making us feel very welcome in every way. I have my worst nightmare and experience with this booking. I will ask Expedia to check and validate properties they have on their website to eliminate my type of experience. A day before my arrival I got a message from Mahmoud that I will not be staying in this hotel because of ongoing renovations. I was given a different address for another location hotel. I couldn’t believe that is where I was transferred to stay for 5 days. I only stayed there for one day and rebooked to another hotel using Bookings.com. I made Mahmoud aware of my fears of that building which my reason for checking out unexpectedly. I hope Mahmoud and Expedia would work together and send a refund of days I didn’t sleep in the so-called hotel.

Je suis arrivé au new midtown et l’hôtel était en rénovation (pas habitable) il y avait un jeune que je comprenais presque pas qui est venue me porter au regency inn à pied avec mes 2 valises.les hôtes était accueillante assez propre mais très bruillant
