Un lugar con gente encantadora Es imposible describir con palabras cómo nos ha tratado la familia del Crown Hotel. Fueron súper atentos en todo momento, serviciales, amables y detallistas. De hecho, tanto mi pareja como yo nos enfermamos por algo que comimos fuera del hotel, y ellos nos cuidaron con una dedicación y atención que parecía que nos estaba cuidando nuestra familia. Eternamente agradecidos con el hotel. El Crown Hotel no solo es limpieza, buena habitación y buena zona, sino también su gente.

Un séjour rendu agréable par une équipe formidable Une équipe dynamique aux petits soins dans les moindre détail. Une équipe d'hommes et femmes dévoués à leurs clients. Une ambiance familiale, des conseils très utiles pour un séjour le plus accompli possible. Je ne remercierais pas assez cette formidable équipe. Un établissement que je recommande fortement.

Happy to recommend;Excellent and can’t fault it in any way. Overwhelmingly helpful staff - especially appreciated being taken to the train by Youssef at 5.30 in the morning and, also, being provided with a full breakfast at that time. Nothing was too much trouble - good communications including Airport pick-up, free maps and a lovely welcome drink. Great value; great central location for Cairo - a few minutes from metro; booked my Alexandria rail tickets; very good and good-value restaurant recommended by them close by; Very nice breakfast.

Worth the money and very nice staff Staff were amazing. Very friendly and we’re always happy to help. They provided a breakfast every morning which is brought to your room and the room was spacious and clean. Value for money I would say 10/10.

Un'ottima base per visitare il Cairo. Accoglienza straordinaria, camera molto pulita. I ragazzi si sono fatti in quattro per aiutarci con tutte le esigenze per la nostra vacanza. L'hotel ha una struttura molto europea. Le stanze sono ampie ed accoglienti. Il livello di pulizia è stato impeccabile. oltre alla posizione comoda della struttura, alla pulizia impeccabile della stanza, alla buonissima colazione e ai frullati di frutta spettacolari è proprio l’accoglienza che fa la differenza. Al Crown Hotel ci si sente coccolati come in famiglia; grazie ragazzi, se torneremo al Cairo verremo sicuramente da voi!

Ubicación, la amabilidad del personal, la limpieza y los detalles. Reservamos una noche, y nos sentimos tan bien que nos quedamos 5 noches. El desayuno ha estado fenomenal, el café delicioso y los zumos naturales de mango y fresa exquisitos. El hotel es muy céntrico, pero la calle es tranquila. Puedes dormir bien.

El lugar pareciera un poco solo y viejo en la entrada, debido a que es en un edificio antiguo, pero ya en el tercer piso donde está el hotel, todo muy bien! Los encargados todo el tiempo estaban pendientes de nosotros, te hacen sentir como en casa, la habitación con todo lo necesario, silencioso para dormir tranquilo, luz y aire perfectos. La pasamos muy bien!!
