Simply AMAZING! Can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s a former palace so the facade is very charming. The service was incredible from check in, room service, restaurant staff, and my favorite place the front lobby lounge. It is honestly a place where you can escape the bustling city of Cairo and still feel like you’re on vacation. Everything was reasonably priced and location was perfect. I will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the great city of Cairo!

The entire staff goes above and beyond. Special shout out to Maria in the pink jacket! House keeping was great. Restaurants were nice. Pool attendants did a great job. This property was under some mild construction but you will easily forgive that for the rich palace history and amazing detail. Very happy with our stay.

Wonderful stay! They upgraded our room. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Beds, sheets and pillows were super comfortable-best sheets I’ve ever slept on. Would stay here again without thinking twice! Loved it!

Great location to get out and explore.

Incredible location on the Nile in an older neighborhood. Short walk to shops and restaurants - worth venturing out! The hotel itself has historical charm and is huge. Fitness facility one of the nicest and well equipped that I’ve seen in all my travels.
