What a lovely place our hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area provided links to the nearest places. Room was very comfortable and had plenty of room. Had wonderful conversations with our hosts. Beautiful building built in 1864. Very close to restaurants and metro. I would definitely stay their again if given the opportunity.

Great location and very friendly staff. The private bathroom is not attached to your room and you have to walk through the hotel to get to it. No coffee in the room. Other than that it was a nice and pleasant stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Such a treat to stay somewhere with so much history and the hosts were very helpful and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit and eat during our stay. We knew to expect that it’s a B&B because we read the reviews prior to booking, however some people might expect it to be more of a hotel setting, so if you’re not comfortable with having the bathroom not attached to the room or other people being in the shared spaces, perhaps this isn’t the accomodation for you. We however, loved it and feel lucky we got to stay in such a beautiful spot.

Stay with an Italian family in Cagliari, Centro.

This is a lovely room centrally located to all the attractions including the port and train station. Daniela and Michele it’s the owners and they are very friendly, kind and will help you with any questions you may have. It is a bed and breakfast with no breakfast lol. There are plenty of places right out the door. There are beautiful beaches nearby that you can take the public bus to and sun umbrellas and mats were provided by my host. Recommend. I did have my own private bathroom with a key to lock it. I believe there are only 4 rooms that they rent.

The hosts were so lovely and accommodating! I had a fantastic stay. The location is amazing and the flat is beautiful. Bed was comfy and the service was outstanding. I’ll be back if I find myself in Cagliari again.

I normally do not write reviews, but this place is perfect. The hosts could not of been nicer. Do not be scared of adjacent washroom. The place is great and just where you want to be to enjoy an evening in the Capital. Highly recommended!!

Plus : very helpful staff ready to give tips and answer our questions, colourful rooms, nicely decorated appartment, well connected to public transport Minus: high price, bathroom outside of room, and area (la marina) is very touristic and rather expensive We were not able to experience the breakfast, which looked very nice on photos, due to covid safety measures

Ce n’est pas un hôtel, ni un B &B ( pas de petit déjeuner : il faut descendre dans un bistrot voisin..) ni même un AirB&B ( pas possible de se faire un repas). Pour l’arrivée on ne peut pas arriver à n’importe quelle heure , il faut prendre RV , c’est un 2eme étage sans ascenseur avec un escalier raide surtout quand vous portez un lourd bagage, c’est une chambre dans un appartement avec une salle de bain privative certes mais de l’autre côté de l’appartement . Pas de petit déjeuner, pas de service commun si ce n’est une fontaine d’eau fraîche… ce qui est déjà bien par canicule !!

Trevligt boende i centrala Cagliari. Mycket hjälpsamt värdpar som informerade och stöttade oss med uppslag om sevärdheter och praktiska ting. Lätt att ta sig fram med buss till strand. Nära till caféer och restauranger. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Michele & Daniela zijn heel erg vriendelijk. Ze vertellen je over Cagliari en geven tips wat mooi is om te zien. Ook krijg je tips waar te eten. De kamer was groot en erg mooi. Je zit dichtbij verschillende eetgelegenheden en de winkels zijn op loopafstand

Chambre en ville

Grande chambre agréable haute de plafond dans un appartement traditionnel à 50 m du front de mer et en lisière de la vieille ville, on fait tout à pied et les propriétaires sont super gentils. Trois chambres seulement, la salle de bain est privative, mais en face, il faut traverser le couloir mais ce n'est pas un drame et elle est grande
