Rooms are run-down and not matching what you would expect for the room rates, especially the bathrooms - with dirty grout and moldy caulking, holes in the tiles from previously attached bathroom accessories. The AC kept turning itself off with error-codes. The Fletcher coupons attract a specific audience - and not in a good way - the same audience that you will find to an all-you-can-eat buffet.
