"Clean room, great staff, close to the Mapei stadium"

"Traveled with a family of six, had two junior suites. It was unfortunate that the two rooms were at opposite ends of the building. Didn’t have a chance to use any of the amenities."

"Staff where professional and polite room was ok , but we asked for extra 2 pillows, they said they don’t have any left. Shower was disaster, shower head was broken and dirty and water keeps switching between hot and cold. We couldn’t take shower in the end."

"The best part about this hotel were the staff members. From housekeeping to the front desk, they were accommodating, helpful, kind, and pleasant. They helped us out of several transportation jams that we found ourselves in. We wouldn’t have made it to our events or back to the train station without their help which they offered freely."

"Very comfortable bed, clean room and renovated bathroom. Good breakfast with several choices from meat, eggs, cheese, pastries, cereals and yogurt. The carpet in the halls could be replaced and the staff could be friendly and greet their guests as they come and go to make them feel more welcome. Otherwise nice stay."
