"staff were lovely but unfortunately our AC didn't work and neither did the lamp on the desk, we had a good stay and would stay again but not during the summer without AC!"

"Nice hotel and nice staff. Clean and modern. Spacious room with all the usual ammenities. Quite noisy though in the rooms, plus the fire alarm went off at midnight walking everyone up and no explanation from the hotel at the time or in the morning either. Great location. Only negative was the car park, no free parking and it was £25 for 24 hours but most places in Cardiff are that prive."

"Good hotel about 10mins walk from Cardiff Bay. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast seemed to be good quality plenty of choice and always topped up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking in Cardiff was a bonus. Only slight gripe was the noise from the dual carriageway behind the hotel. "

"I had to book last minute and the price was unbeatable. For the price this is a great stay. Location is top, the room clean and comfortable but what made the difference was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Mina, who was extremely welcoming and helped me with any questions I had."

"The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and the shower had amazing water pressure. The location was a little hard to find as it's tucked into an arcade and not visible from the street but the was central to everything. Great walking distance to anything you want to do while you are there."
