160 Steps is a luxury 2 bedroom abode only a few meters from the amazing Yallingup beach in Western Australia’s stunning south west… home to a pod of dolphins and blessed with beautiful white sand and crystal clear waters. Yallingup boasts multiple world class surf breaks for the adventurous & relaxing calm lagoon waters for a more leisurely experience.

The fully-equipped kitchen features a Bosch combi oven (oven/convection microwave), dishwasher plus full sized fridge/freezer. To add to the luxury a Miele Coffee machine is provided with freshly roasted local coffee beans.

For added convenience a laundry nook is hidden in the bathroom with Bosch washer and condenser dryer.

The main bedroom features a luxurious king sized bed and the second bedroom can be configured with a king bed or two king single beds depending on your requirements.

Premium beach and bath towels are provided and quality bed linen… along with a Weber BBQ, 2 outdoor hammocks, a high chair & porta cot and B&O Bluetooth audio speaker. Iron and ironing board also supplied. Also a top quality beach umbrella, insulated picnic basket and jute beach bag for beach adventures.

With reverse cycle air conditioning you will be cool
in summer and warm in winter. Starlink high speed WIFI (generally + 100MBPS) and mobile coverage is good. VAST digital TV with Smart Tv including Netflix in lounge, smart TV with Netflix etc in the master bedroom.

Double blinds in the bedrooms include blockout to assist with day time sleeps and jetlagged travellers… or just a good holiday sleep in!

Lagoon Yallingup kiosk & restaurant, the Yallingup playground, Yallingup Beach and the iconic Caves House are all within convenient walking distance from 160 Steps.

Whilst we are keen for tenants to enjoy themselves, this property is not a party house. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.

No schoolies bookings… sorry!
