TV didn't work in our room, even after visit by maintenance. 2. There was confusion at check in for late arrival. Instead of checking us in, we were initially offered luggage storage and the possibility of early check in when we had in fact booked and paid for a room the evening before. Was resolved in a few minutes. Overall, would stay at this property again."
