"Pro-tip up front: if you want to do your luggage early before check in, make sure you message the guesthouse in advance. There is no regular reception. This is a very well organized guesthouse. "Good location and near subway. Staff friendly and courteous. Downside is pictured deluxe room on website that I reserved was NOT what we received.. It’s an old hotel, room safe did not work until we called maintenance, then the toilet did not flush so we called again , then the door handle to the toilet room fell off, so I screwed it back in. The sliding glass bathroom door made loud high scraping noise when closing it. I would not recommend hotel to my friends or family."

"It was my first time visiting Busan and was surprised how small the room was, but it had all the necessary amenities in the room. Nothing was missing and my wife and I stayed two nights comfortably. The room was very clean and organized and the front desk staff were very friendly. Also, you can drop off your luggage before your check-in time so that you can walk around the city freely. Did I mention the breakfast that is included with the room? It is amazing with good variety of meats and veggies Korean style. We have absolutely loved this hotel and if I travel to Korea again, I will definitely stay at their hotels more often."
