Friendly staff but did not assist with luggage to room or with taxi upon leaving. Maybe because too busy. Would have expected this from 5 star hotel. Poor soundproofing between rooms…noisy children nearby. Reasonable buffet breakfast.

This place was top of the tier!! The staff is SO kind and helpful. We met a great person who was also BTS army and we chatted everytime we ran into her. You can’t ask for a better stay. The pools and other amenities are so high class! Best place I have ever stayed at.

Disliked: Amenities
Very pleasant and nice staff however old building with old plumbing. Horrible people smoked in their rooms which we could smell in our room. Restricting gym use to once per full stay is ridiculous. Never experienced this type of restriction in any other hotels before. Doesn’t make sense. Not sure if I would stay again or recommend. Overpriced for mediocre hotel.
