"When we arrived we learned about this place is a hostel which I didn’t know when I booked . However , this facility has two sections. One side is hostel , the other side are all rooms. The room itself is spacious, and quiet . I slept very well . The location is absolutely stunning, it’s super convenient with free ferry rides and bus transportation . The only complaint is that the AC unit needs to be fixed and it’s so loud , we ended up opening the window at night at night which was actually very comfortable. The room definitely needs a lot of update . The room is quite old . There is no room service , no coffee machine and refrigerator, I think it’s because this place is operating as a hostel standards even it’s a private room . Other than that we have a great stay no major complaints. Staffing is super helpful and kind !"

"A great hotel, we were lucky are rooms were ready so early check in! Free parking a big bonus... Room clean and tidy bathroom could maybe do with an up grade bit fully functional, our room overlooked the common, we were on the 3rd floor! Breakfast was great and serving untill 10, wide selection from cereal, overnight oats, yogurts, pastries, excellent cooked breakfast! Took a coffee into garden after breakfast which was lovely. Cannot fault this hotel at all...£125 for a double room with breakfast and parking what's not to like!! Excellent place to stay for our visit to 58th street 😀"

"The location of this hotel is terrific; tube station around the corner, walk 10 minutes to the Tower of London, overall great spot. Staff was fine, we had to ask for things multiple times, there was always a lot of staff in the lobby but it was kind of messy. Very strict on the 3 PM check in, no early check in unless you paid for it. Also asked how much for a car to the airport and head bellman said 110 gbp. Then asked how many people,I said 2 with just hand luggage and he said,I can do it for 105. Felt a little shady, especially when an Uber was 62."

"The executive lounge area opened late regularly .. Cocktail hour started 30 mins late. They also closed it regularly by 945 Marina at the front desk was fabulous"
