"We received very detailed and helpful information directly from the resort before our arrival, allowing us to check in after hours without any problems. This was a no frills hotel but there was a sitting area in lobby, a guest kitchen with a few tables where you can enjoy coffee and plan your day. There is a small gift shop/snack shop which we utilized a few times during our stay. The rooms were kept cool with the air conditioning system which was critical! Pool area was refreshing in the evenings."
