Terrible vacation experience.
Room not as advertised , no fridge, no dining area, no kitchen. Raised the issue with reception, 6 hours later, responded saying room as advertised, but not according to the advert on Expedia. Requested to see the manager, he/she sent a member of staff who agreed our room wasn’t correct so offered the correct room which would not be ready for an hour because it was being used for a photoshoot, 2 hours later we gave up waiting got ready and went out for the evening. 20 later ( almost 2.5 hours after being offered the room charge) it was available. Too late as we’d gone out for the night and didn’t want the hassle of changing rooms late at night so stayed in the initial room.
Standard of rooms are poor, generally quite dirty in the bathrooms - see attached images. No excuse!!
Quite a distance from anything.
