"Could not access property upon arrival. supposed to have staff at front desk for check-in from 1 - 5. Arrived 1:30, no one on duty, no one answered intercom by front door. Finally got response an hour later. No one actually on duty the whole two days we were there. WiFi goes down at least twice per day, sometimes for hours while we ry to contact someone to fix it. "The place was cleaned. No A/C. They provided a floor fan. It could get hot during the daytime, and eventually cool off at night. The location is in a quiet part of the city. Free parking available on the streets around the area. A grocery market (Mercado) location across the street. Several restaurants and cafe/bar shops within walking distance. Laundromat about 5 mins walk in case you need do wash and dry clothes. Staffs were friendly and helpful."
