The staff was professional and accommodating, particularly Kanadiya King, Assistant General Manager, who was very helpful. However, the property would benefit from some maintenance and updates. There was a persistent marijuana odor, inconsistent air conditioning that affected sleep, and visible rust in the bathroom. Overall, the staff provided good service, but the condition of the facility could be improved.

The room was decent. They did not offer continental breakfast like Expedia advertised but the hotel emailed me about that. They need more lighting in the parking lot for safety purposes. Staff was nice. Parking lot could be cleaner but we understand they seemed short staffed. The room was decent for the price we paid.

Only there for one night. Room was pretty clean and the shower had good water pressure and was very hot. About a 30 minute drive from Niagara Falls. A good cheaper option close to the falls.

Properly had a great location, but it was very dirty. On the website it had continental breakfast. There was no breakfast just coffee and some fruit. Their coffee machine and area where you get. The coffee was absolutely disgusting, it does not seem like they clean or wipe down anything but carpets are also disgusting. I have to say that the staff was very good.. The rooms were clean, but the hallway carpets need a new makeover and so do the walls.

I am surprised that the health department keeps this place open. The corridors are extremely dirty with large visible stains. There was then visible dog poop in one of them. The smell is horrible. The only reason I stayed there was because it was non-refundable and the state of the room was fairly clean. Forget about the advertised breakfast. It is nothing to write home about.

Property was sus. Broken window on first floor, abandoned car in lot with a broken window, and low key, just flat out sus. No continental breakfast, “just grab and go”, just a couple granola bars, mixed fruit cups, some questionable apples and oranges. Staff was straight forward, though was on a cell phone call with someone while checking us in. Property on the inside felt unclean and not well kept. Room felt nostalgic of the 90s, reasonably clean. Bed was great. AC was fantastic. Overall, cheap, good sleep, little sus.

The room was relatively clean. The hotel was not. Maintenance is badno shampoo. A box of empty tissues. Blankets were laying around near the ice machine, in order to sponge the water dripping from it. The corridor smelled like quite a lot of smoking had been taking place

Great hotel for the price. Somewhat of an out of the way location in a residential area but only a highway exit or two away from shopping and restaurants. No breakfast. Morning staff was excellent. Afternoon/evening clerk seemed fairly disinterested. Good value for a one night.

Booked non-smoking room, but they smelled like smoke anyways. Booked three rooms and only one of them had a fridge. Had to ask the front desk for hand soap but they were helpful. Everything else was good. Plenty of parking. Get what you pay for.

The room had a nonfunctioning A/C and one of the curtains was off its hooks…. called front desk and was given another…. not a good first impression, plus lingering smell of marijuana near the outside doors which btw, required being pulled closed behind you…. bed and shower were decent/ very good… the place seems to be needing a well needed remodeling…. front desk people very helpful and friendly…. expected a bit better for the cost of the stay...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We changed our room to the room with two beds, but the heating/cooling system was not working, which we were asked first if it was okay since they only have two rooms with the two twin beds. We were fine with it. He would have adjusted the price for inconvience, but since we booked through a third party he could not do that.

We stayed two nights here and while it looked decent online, I was disappointed with it overall. The lobby and hallways reeked of weed smell, the air conditioner was either freezing us out or had to be turned off (no medium setting which was challenging overnight), only one set of outlets actually held a plug in for use, the light over the bed didn't work, and the reflective wall behind the bed was just weird. The bed itself was good and the bathroom was clean, but people left bags of garbage in hall and were loud/ arguing in the halls overnight.

When we got there our reservation had been canceled but eventually we made another online through hotels.com. There was no refrigerator but staff brought one to our room the next day. The room is old but it was clean. Housekeeping was available everyday. Parking is easy but it’s a little hard to find the first time in the dark. They have unlimited coffee which was really nice and a microwave for everyone to use. We have stayed here several times in the past few years but this time there is a new owner and front desk staff changed several during the day. It doesn’t have the same feel as before.

This is an old Microtel property without any frills. The bed was comfortable. Some lights did not work. Every exit/entry door was never locked but I had no problems. The area it was in is not known for crime and has several senior living areas around. The entry road is a dead end so no traffic but, for light sleepers, you are about 100 yards from I 290. I slept fine. No breakfast or vending machines that at least on the base floor. There is ice. The room alarm clock did not work and I had to take the toilet tank off to activate the water flow to refill tank (3x). The price is right for a cheaper hotel. Parking was OK. Some times no one at small front desk. Overall, I had no problems with any people or criminal activity but the "no lock" entry doors could make you feel uncomfortable. Would I stay there again? I might, the price is a lot less the "name" places.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful with trying to accommodate but the hotel itself was not the best. The entire building smelled like cigarettes even though the rooms are “non smoking”. Once you walk in there were towels on the floor from what seemed like a leak. One of our rooms had no working A/C and another had an awful smell of cigarettes and an indescribable smell that we could not tolerate. The front desk helped us out by switching out that room to another which the A/C made a weird noise but it was way better than the funky room. Would not return!

The place is a dump, I don’t know how their stars are so high. It has to be fake reviews but this place is run down. Landscape none whatsoever, front was not even lit up, carpets super dirty, rooms had leaking stains from ceiling, shower curtain rod hanging causing curtain to not even block the water and falls onto floor, I would not recommend, doesn’t feel safe. This place feels like it’s about to close down. So they do no upkeep. I didn’t really interact with the staff besides checking in but one of them I overheard giving a customer attitude as if he didn’t want to help them. One of the people we were with said one of their keycards didn’t work and went to staff to redo keycard and the front desk wouldn’t even do it and told them that they only needed one keycard. I would not recommend staying here and didn’t really feel safe. BTW some lights in the room didn’t even work. We checked out early and went to another hotel.

Lets start off with cleanliness, room not clean and got a infection in eye from non clean pillows. Sheets towels never changed. Upon arrival staff couldnt locate reservation and took a long period of time before they gave up and gave me a key to unsecure room, had me just sign a paper saying who i was. No amenities onsite, when booking states breakfast etc. Poor quality of motel over all. I would not recommend this place even if your living out your vehicle. Only thing positive was they sure took my money.

The place is a bit dated and needs some TLC, but for a place to crash for a night… THIS time it was quiet, the linens were clean, and the shower had both good pressure & temperature. Minor snafu during check in when they clearly gave me the wrong room, but it was remedied straight away. No frills but no worries… it is what it is and the location is pretty convenient. Better experience than my first stay there a year or so prior anyway!
