The room was nice enough-not new but a bit renovated and adjusted to the modern standards. The young gentleman that works at the reception was exceptionally helpful, resourceful in finding solutions, accommodating and pleasant! The breakfast is a spread! I will stay at Six Inn again.

My stay - Six Inn Hotel

This was a comfortable stay conveniently located near the city centre and all the major tourist sites. Excellent en suite shower and buffet style free breakfast. Professional and helpful staff who spoke excellent English. Loved this stay. Would definitely recommend to other travellers visiting Budapest for a short break.

Good spot to stay, good breakfast, nice , helpful staff. Only issue is the noise from the courtyard, loud voices at all hours affecting my sleep as the bedroom faces the yard. . Courtyard should be closed during the wee hours.

Staff very friendly and helpful. They organised taxis for us from airport when we landed Hotel is 20 minutes walk to river Danube Only disappointment was having room next to lift so maybe ask not to have one of these rooms

That Six hotel is hidden Gem in Budapest, not far from center , very peaceful very quiet , hotel excellent clean, staffs are excellent friendly, helpful, specially is Maneger, he is very professional and soooooo helpful, if you don’t know anything about Budapest, just asking, he and the receptionist will help you with all of their knowledge, sooooo pleasure to staying their , feeling like home always from home

Friendly checking person at the reception when I arrived. Breakfast good in general though the main it is always scramble eggs... Mainly when one stay for a week The person that cleans the rooms, at least mine, she did it everyday. Good for her

I would come again

Hotel was fine, a bit worn. Quiet neighborhood. However the other guests were very noisy, shouting to each other in the corridor before 7 in the morning. Breakfast was adequate but seeing other guests touching bread and putting it back was off putting. No hand sanitizer at the buffet. Desk staff very helpful and friendly.

Overall it was a good 3 nights in Budapest before I went to my next place for the rest of my stay. The room and bathroom were pleasantly clean. The front desk staff were pleasant, helpful and courteous. I would recommend. My only not so positive is regarding the sound proofing of the rooms/walls. Below the door spacings caused all noises to flood into the rooms which could be a bit disruptive when doing work or trying to sleep. Banging from other rooms could be heard through the wall also. Otherwise, I would recommend the property.

The wifi is very slow if available at all. Breakfast is limited. Attention to detail is lacking. Over priced for what it is. Bring your walking shoes. We were able to get in 5 miles per day easily. The Expedia description is not accurate. This is not a spa hotel with bar/lounge. However, it was a warm place to stay with a comfortable bed. Would not recommend.

I had asked for a airport transfer to the hotel and it was confirmed. When i landed i messeged to say landed but had no response from them and ended up just jumping in any nearby taxi. When i got to the hotel they told me it was 127 pound when the total was 118 pound for the stay and i was to pay now instead of when checking out which is what i asked for. (Patrick) the man at reception then told me it is because the rate changes and the bank fees. He then looked into it and then said he has now fixed it and put it down to 125 pound. I paid it anyway so i could enjoy my stay and move forward. However when i check my account the room was charged at 130 pound. It was also too noisy and the staff didnt seem to care.
