Unfortunately, the window in my room opened toward a shopping arcade that was very noisy, and there was no real fresh air — only smoke and the smell of cigarettes. I couldn’t keep the window closed because the room felt suffocating, but opening it wasn’t an option either. I even experienced shortness of breath inside the room and preferred to stay outside the hotel during the day just to get some fresh air. "
