"Room was dirty there was dead bugs all over my bed in which I had to change my own sheets on my birthday was not happy about that ! The elevator was broken and hallways were extremely HOT ! Was a very unpleasant experience for my 1st time in Detroit for a downtown hotel"

"Staff- Professional, welcoming, very helpful. (Very nice hotel but unpretentious)
We were even offered a room upgrade on arrival.
Cleanliness- Lobby, elevators, hallways and rooms were meticulously clean.
Location- In Greektown area of downtown very walkable and felt safe even in late evening. (Great to walk to Comerica Park and restaurants.
Parking- Valet to the garage across the street. Might have saved a few $ if used outdoor lot on corner but no complaint.
