Cozy, rustic retreat on Middlebay

Located in historic and scenic Pennellville, our camp is most ideal for an individual in need of a retreat, couples, painters, or a small family (toys and baby gear available). There is no wifi or TV so be prepared to UNPLUG and REWIND (there is cell phone service, however). Guests will find two queen beds, a twin bed, a toddler bed and fun children's loft for games and imaginary play. If you're lucky, you can catch striped bass and see seals. Friends who have stayed enjoy painting on the lawn and stone beach, as well as the cute nearby town of Brunswick (home of Bowdoin college). You are steps away from a tidal beach, where you can swim, kayak and fish, or just enjoy morning coffee before you start your day. We have a full kitchen (complete with paella pans and lobster pots!) to use, washer/dryer, a wood burning fire stove to keep warm on chilly evenings/mornings, and a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is water delivery and firewood available.
