"My bathroom shower wasn’t fully cleaned. Not sure if it was rust or something else. The hot water was out of service. Staff was professional and courteous. Ended up checking out early and having to find another hotel with hot water. "

"We use to love this place. Unfortunately the last 10 times they will now they turn your room card of every night and if u go out in morning for breakfast or beach any morning you need to prop door open or not leave You are locked out. And have to wait in line in lobby each morning and wait for someone to let you in. Now you have a family and have to make multiple trips to get front desk to send someone to unlock room while you pack. It’s a mess. Oh and the elevator is another story. "

"Fantastic visit in early March before the crowds. Clean property with lots of options including beach or 3+ pools. "

"Room 108 old, empty walls,like a storage My view was terrible blocked by dry ugly branches. Top rooms may better than mine."

"Hall ways looked dirty and worn, breakfast was a joke, out of everything, and food everywhere where people had dropped it on the counter, very understaffed in the breakfast area "
