"Terrible breakfast poor poor choices . Spa area tatty and in need of a fair bit of maintenance music way to loud in restaurant . Bed in need of new mattress room good bathroom nice with good shower . Ooo the spa area needs a beep clean the wood in sauna is not ment to be black you can clean it "

"Room was modern very clean and easily heated with large radiator. Breakfast excellent and top marks for the young chap that served me sorry didn't get his name "

"We arrived for a 3 day business trip and the host was incredibly accommodating, the house was in great condition with wonderful amenities"

"upon arriving,it was easy access to the flat, first appearance, it looked okay,you’re going to the first bedroom.There was clothes in the wardrobe like someone’s is living there and only left when the flat has been rented out.One bed was at the normal size and the other bed was really low to the ground,there was food in the kitchen,no instructions on how to use the oven or the air fryer no instructions for anything really, apart from empty the bins but don’t tell you where the bins are.couldn’t work out when the heating came on and off.one person could only have a shower in the evening because I tried to have a shower in the morning and the water was absolutely freezing.There is no sofa for you to sit on in the open plan kitchen dining room area just table and chairs,no TV whatsoever so make sure you take something to entertain yourself.I figured out in the end when I’d strip the beds before leaving that the bed in the second bedroom that was low to the ground was a sofa bed with burn marks on it,it was so uncomfortable didn’t really get much sleep.The neighbour was constantly playing music at night time until 2- 3 o’clock in the morning.Again didn’t get much sleep two of people ended up leaving and going and staying with family while one person stayed.They didn’t get any sleep and ended up having to leave at 3 am because they had to drive back five hours to where they lived.So nobody stayed the full duration of what they paid.The main door handle broke next door had to help "

"The hotel was undergoing some renovations and extensions but that was all ok as we knew that prior. The room itself was great as were all of the other staff with the exception of the staff member that checked us in. She was rude and very unhelpful, if I had not have pre paid o would have gone elsewhere. They provided some coffee and snacks as an alternate to breakfast due to the restaurant not being open. This was a nice touch. There is a good pub across the road that had good value meals and is very nice. As mentioned apart from the staff member and the fact we could net get a late checkout the place was great. "
