"Terrible service, room was dirty and smelled of smoke. However , Intendant made it a point to mention ‘no smoking’ to me twice while handing me the key card. Intendant was rude and dismissive whenever I asked for assistance. Amenities included a pool, however the pool was closed indefinitely during my stay. The bolt latch on the door was broken during my stay and intendant made no effort to fix it nor change my room. Horrible experience overall"

"The property was located in a good spot, but it appears run down overall and the staff weren’t overly helpful. The elevator didn’t work the first day we were there, so we had to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs."

"The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. They provided a variety of breakfast options. Unfortunately, the exercise room was unavailable; however, they offered the use at Residence Inn, right next door. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Our entire stay was perfect! All the staff that we interacted with were awesome. We ate at the Prime Rib(late snack& breakfast) and lunch at Sports & Social and the food was great. The casino was fun and a great location to walk to the ballpark!"
