Lake Sam Rayburn minutes from Boat Launch.

Quiet neighborhood, short haul to the boat launch. House will sleep nine but with the blow-up queen mattress with sheets (entry closet), it will sleep 2 more. The building next door is available for boat storage during your stay, with electricity to top off your batteries if needed. Outdoor security cameras monitor your property as well as ours recording for your peace of mind should questions arise. HOA Community pool is available. Take a morning walk using the golf cart trail on the golf course right outside the back door. Plenty of family-friendly games in the dining room hutch. Great places to eat in Brookeland and Jasper (10 miles).

Close to boat ramp . Quiet area . Great parking for boat owners and multi couples . Nice home . Felt more like we were intruding in someone’s home with all the “do not use signage .” Over all good experience.

House was clean except coffee grinds left in coffee maker from previous guests? The front porch light and flood lights did not function so entry way was dark, but motion sensor lights in front of garage worked. Plenty of room for parking multiple boats and only 8 minutes from the boat ramp made it ideal.

Beautiful

The home is beautiful, the pictures do not give it justice. Price was excellent for amenities in this home. Back patio was gorgeous overlooking golf course., Host was extremely accommodating.For sure we will be back!

Great getaway

We enjoyed your beautiful home on the golf course, comfortable and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the patio area, so quiet and peaceful. We caught fish and relaxed and would love to visit again.

Great place in quiet neighborhood

Awesome property located in a super quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and the back yard is along the golf course fairway. House had the needed kitchen stock and living room was comfy.

Our stay at the VRBO

The property is excellent for our fishing. We could access 3 boat ramps really close and we had access to a shop to put our boats inside to plug in our chargers. The yard needed mowed and the back deck had pollen on it. Part of spring time. Enjoyed it!!

Great Place!

A great place to stay. Our fishing group has stayed here twice now for a total of about 14 days or so. Close to ramp and ample parking for boats. Very nice.

Close to boat ramps

We had an extended stay for a fishing tournament. There is a barn that will easily park two boats out of the weather and a third could go on the side is a carport. The house was very nice. Communication was very good with the owner.We enjoyed the stay and booked another extended stay for March while we were there. I would recommend without question.

Golf Weekend

We golfed for 3 days, 10 of us guys stayed at this location. 2 of us were on air mattresses while the other 8 had a bed spot. Plenty of room! Big kitchen to have a dinner, plenty of kitchenware. Awesome backyard to hangout with the friends. If we make it back to Rayburn, this will be our spot for the 3rd time. 4 minutes from the country club and food by staying on the back roads. Highly recommend

Visiting Son in Brookeland, TX

We were visiting my son and his family that lived in the area and this house was perfect for our family needs. The house was clean and nicely decorated. We had plenty of room and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly.

Guys Weekend

I got 10 of my best friends to come hang for the weekend to celebrate my soon to come wedding and birthday. We grilled ribs, wings, fajitas, and more. The backyard is the place to be. The only time we were inside was to grab food and at night. Plenty of space to pop a tent, sit in chairs, and watch the golfers. Open areas for games like washers and horseshoes. We did not have one issue and already booked the house again, this time for a golf weekend later in the year.

Labor Day 2023

This house met the needs of our party of 5 adults and 3 children under 9. Location is great and close to boat launch (within 5 minutes). Lots of parking and no problem parking boat. Located on the golf course so the views and grounds are well kept. Brookeland is a nice, quiet community and the people are really friendly. Had a small issue upon arrival with front door lock not working correctly but property manager corrected it within minutes. Would book here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Great for fishing trips

The house and property were exactly what we needed for our Rayburn fishing trip. Plenty of space to park boats and vehicles with outdoor plugs for our batteries. The house was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor patio and grill were used every night. The beds were very comfortable and the living room layout was perfect for gathering to watch tv after fishing all day.
