"We choose the Comfort Suites because they had a room available on the 4th of July. It was a good choice as the motel was comfortable and close to our intended destination of Plains, Georgia."

"The lobby was clean. My room had an odor and dust was on the coffee maker and the ice bucket lid. Under the sink in the bathroom is very dusty. Bathtub needs to be replaced. Very discolored and nasty looking. Carpet needs shampoo."

"I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing."

"The hotel was really nice & maintained. Some of the staff were very helpful and we appreciated that. We were at the hotel for four days. Each day, we wanted to visit sightseeing spots in and around the city, so we were up and out each morning. We were under the impression that the housekeepers cleaned the rooms daily, unless we requested otherwise. Nevertheless, our room didn't get cleaned until the 3rd day. We mentioned it to the front desk clerk but she stated housekeeping was gone for the day...
