We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was a nice size for 2 people and was nicely equipped. We liked the outdoor set up with a hot tub tv and fire pit. Centrally located to stores and the marina.

Great property. Make sure to bring a truck or an SUV to get to the property because the roads are not well maintained.

If you want a perfect spot for a weekend away with your better half, this is the place. The outdoor space was fantastic! The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was so comfortable. If I’m the area, we will stay here again.

We had some awful weather during our stay and we’re “trapped” at the cabin more than we had wanted, but the place was perfect for our family of 4 to spend some quality time together. The view and sounds of the creek from the porch were amazing. Place was clean and kept us warm. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and the checkin process was easy. I would definitely stay here again. Also make sure you bring a sleep mask. The windows are gorgeous but lights from other cabins at night make it hard to fall asleep.
But overall a great stay and getaway!

Everything was exactly how the pictures looked! Love the huge sliding glass doors! If it’s clear at night you can see the stars while laying in bed… I mean you aren’t getting that anywhere else! (Pro Tip: unplug the nightlights to make it darker and see the stars better.) There’s a brewery less than 2 minutes away, incredible ice cream, coffee and cake pop shop next door to that. That’s enough fun for everyone! Jason and Rachel were super easy to get ahold of when I broke the chair, ha!
*Note- There are a lot of windows! MORE than enough trees to keep things private. But it is very open to the outside!

This cabin was lovely and just as described on the listing. We loved the little creek that was right off the back deck, we often left the deck doors opened to hear it. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. The king bed in the bedroom loft was extremely comfortable and the layout of the master bathroom is very modern.
The only "draw-back" I would mention about this property is the lack of shades or window coverings, not so much for privacy as the cabin is more secluded from neighbors than others in the area, but for those that like to sleep in. With all the large windows the house floods with light during the day and early morning. We were aware of this prior to booking and it wasn't an issue for us, but if you need it darker to sleep be aware.
A plus is that is it really close to Mountain Fork Brewery, the staff there is really attentive and the food is pretty decent. If you are cooking your meals in the cabin as we did it is stoked with all your basic necessities. The dishwasher was easy to use and there were plenty of trash bags and soap.
Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend this property for the modern industrial vibe and woodsy location.

We can't say enough great things about this beautiful farmhouse cabin nestled into the woods bordering the Ouachita Nat'l Forest! First off, it's secluded and feels like being a world away from civilization; however, there are restaurants, distilleries, breweries, shops, and groceries all within a 2 - 10 minute drive. The cabin has glorious views through the 25' wall of windows and the splashing of the creek from the deck is so relaxing. We spotted deer, all kinds of birds, squirrels, and wild turkeys. We had coffee on the deck each morning, grilled some select pieces from Mountain Man Meat Market, also ate dinner out at Grateful Head Pizza and Shuck Me + had take-out from Mountain Fork Brewery - all of it simply delicious! We popped in The Tasting Room one afternoon for a whiskey flight and had great conversation with some locals where we learned a bit about the distilling process. We decided to drive the 35 - 40 minutes into Idabel one afternoon and visit the Museum of the Red River, which was a nice little outing where they have an impressive dinosaur skeleton and many lovely pieces of Native American pottery. There are plenty of interesting and fun things to do in the fall & winter in the area, so don't think you have to wait for spring & summer for outdoors + water activities. Jason & Rachel are very hospitable hosts for this PERFECT cozy spot for great R&R. We didn't want to leave and look forward to returning soon!!

The host was great and the property was beautiful and the pictures did not do it justice. This was our first VRBO experience and we will return to this property. We had a great time,

If you are someone who likes to sleep in, this cabin is not for you. But if you enjoy watching the sunrise while be comfortably indoors this is an beautiful cabin. My family and myself loved waking up and seeing the birds flying around first thing in the morning. This is a very nice cabin near a creek and in the morning we loved setting outside enjoying the cool air and listening to the water flowing in the creek.
