All of the people I met and dealt with during my stay were very nice and helpful. It is difficult to exchange cash. You need a bank account or do it at border where the rates aren’t as good.

"The property was very clean, tidy and quiet despite being adjacent to the 401. Staff were friendly and the service was great. We were impressed by everything except the tiny breakfast area which was quickly crowded. An in room coffee maker would have been appreciated."

"Great property! Pool was great and clean, rooms were clean and as expected. We had a two bed queen suite which also had a pull out couch. Would be reallt neat if there was a room divider between pull out couch and queen beds. It was almost like it was made for it with two tvs in rhe room."

"This place comes recommended, especially for an extended stay since it has a kitchen. The garden patio was lovely in spite of some carpentry in progress. I would suggest a few more comfortable deck chairs. The carpet in the bedroom needs replacement, but otherwise, the kitchen and washroom were clean, ..."

It was nice and cozy place, near by locations and market are easily approachable. Canada’s first Railway tunnel was awesome which was in Brockville.

I didn’t get to see the area as much as I would have like to but just the few hour glimpse was very nice and pleasant.

Although the waterfront is beautiful, king street has really been updated, the area that the hotel was had no good restaurants and the mall is no longer. The movie theatre charge me $2.25 to put butter on a kids popcorn!
