"This hotel is an adequate hotel. Nothing fancy. Clean rooms, well attended and breakfast buffet style provided (scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, a waffle machine, toast & butter, oatmeal and dry cereal, and of course, coffee and juice). It's the same every morning from 6-9am. Front staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms come with a microwave, small refrigerator, ironing board & Iron and hair dryer. Detractions for me: they only change the linens every three days (every four days if that is your stay). When other patrons close their doors (all times day or night), the noise is loud enough to wake one up if they're sleeping. Lastly, while the hotel is close to the Tri-Cities Airport (abut a 6 - 10 minute drive), it is really isolated. The only businesses in the area are a gas station, Dunkin', Subway, Wendy's and a Cracker Barrel. It's a 15 to 20 minute drive to the supermarket, pharmacy or any tourist attractions in the area (a limited few)."
"We found this location to be clean and well-staffed from Front Desk to Wellington's for food. Room was easy to use and we liked the bathroom layout. Parking was easy with 2-story garage dedicated to Carnegie customers."
