The room needs updating. We were put in the gloomy below road basement ( maybe because we had a lower price through expedia?) The receptionist on arrival was not welcoming & curt. Breakfast was good as was the waiting service there.

The staff were lovely, and the breakfast was excellent for the price. The girl at the bar went the extra mile to prepare a delicious gluten-free breakfast for me, which I really appreciated.
