The staff is very friendly and quick at the desk if you need anything. My room had a large clean comfortable bed, but it’s definitely an older hotel with lots of deferred maintenance. We did visit the Ford Museum, which we would rate excellent - we were there primarily to visit family and hope to tour other areas on our next visit. Our visit was limited to other areas due to the snow storm during our short visit.
