"Delightful little place.Had everything we needed.Loved the kayaks and paddleboards- although a few are in need of an update. Enjoyed the clubhouse and park area chairs. Owners got back to us very quickly when had a question. Easy check in and out. Enjoyed area restaurant The Highlander- and Brewed Awakenings coffee and pastries- along with Haha Tonka Stae Park and Osage Beach area. 1 Bed dipped in middle with 2 people."

"I can’t say enough about Diane, the property owner. She was friendly, professional, pleasant, and a joy to work with. The cabin was large, comfortable, and homey. It’s wonderful looking right out on the golf course, and beautiful! I plan on staying in the future."

"Everything was great at this location other than when the well pump went out w no water. Our options were to stay and get reimbursed for 1 night w no running water, or get relocated to a cabin nearby. Then we were told it was unavailble and got relocated to a condo w less features, 20 mi away. This would have been ok to deal with despite losing half of the last full day of our trip, but the kicker was the condo had the water shut off and no hot water, we were only able to turn on the water. So after never getting a decent shower, and no hot water at the 2nd place, and no reimbursement of any kind, we cut our losses and left early the next day. "

"Cozy, clean - great getaway for relaxation!"

"Well, I’ll start by saying this home was absolutely beautiful and huge. The beds were durable, two nice kitchen spaces, amazing view of the lake, two washers and dryers were very convenient and the games provided were right on time for a fun night in.However, we expected the property to be a bit more put together than what we saw. There is no way a property this beautiful should have toilets that resemble a gas station. There was no iron or ironing board, no mop, no broom, the carpets in the bedrooms were in need of a good steam cleaning, the door handle on one of the closet doors was broken, one of the shower handles was broken and could have easily caused an injury. The patio door didn’t lock which would have been a great concern for safety reasons if we weren’t on the 4th floor. Old tissue rolls were found at the bottom of the bathroom sinks, used/dirty throws and pillows were thrown in the closets, water spots on the walls. Either the maintenance personnel did a very rush job 30 mins before we arrived or the property owners simply don’t believe that cleanliness is next to Godliness.I do appreciate that when the hot water did not work on one side of the property, the response was quick and the water heater was replaced with no issues, however, this property will speak more for itself in a positive light if there is more intent put into practice to make this property feel like a second home instead of a night in a run down motel."

"The stay was immaculate. It was literally home away from home. From the hospitality from the host to the welcoming of the stay. Everything you needed or thought you didn't was there. Plenty of room. Entertainment availability at the stay, including plenty of board games. Communication with the host was accurate, quick, and helpful. We were a family of 18 celebrating Thanksgiving. We had Everything plus more than we nedeed.My family really enjoyed the stay and i really appreciated the host. Thank you sooooo much Nicole for EVERYTHING. "
