On the day of check‑in, I filed a report with a representati She provided an incident number, but I no longer have it. I’m asking if you can please look into it, as the issue involved a prejudiced remark made by one of your employees.
The incident occurred at the hotel located at 485 Brickell, Miami, FL 33231. Since there was no ice machine available, we called the front desk to request ice. When it was delivered, I said “Thank you, we’ll probably ask for more in an hour.” The employee responded by saying “SPANISH.”
This was shocking and completely inappropriate. We were attending a function and fashion show for Swim Week, and there were many guests present from all backgrounds. I cannot understand how a hotel employee would say something like that to a guest.??
