"Amazing room hotel and location . Perfect stay "

"We love this funky, retro historic hotel in which every room/suite is something a little different. The room we had this time sported a tiny "Juliette" balcony overlooking the street. The decor (nautical theme with clean lines) was a nice break from the pastel/seashell/kitzchy rooms we've stayed in before. There was plenty of closet space, and even a tiny kitchen that did not, however, have a sink despite a coffee pot, microwave, dishes, etc. Convenient 20-30 minute drive to the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, our main destination. "

"Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Shower took 5 minutes to get warm water and hardly any water pressure. Loud banging noise every morning anywhere between 6:40-8:30am. Rude servers in both restaurants. But, there were nice other made up for those who weren’t so nice. "

"The room was much smaller than shown in pictures and not at all what we had expected. Much too small for 2 adults. The refrigerator did not work so that was inconvenient. Communication was terrible as I sent 3 messages with questions and not one was answered. It was very disappointing."

"I paid $1,600 for one night expecting a true high end luxury experience. While the property is marketed as boutique, the overall amenities and atmosphere did not justify the rate. The room was clean but small and very basic. Nothing about it felt elevated or reflective of a five star price point. The pool is extremely small and much smaller than it appears in photos. It feels more like a large hot tub than a proper luxury hotel pool. It was underwhelming given how the property is positioned. The gym is very minimal. There are two treadmills and a Peloton in a space the size of a small closet. Guests expecting a luxury fitness setup will likely be disappointed. Breakfast in the morning consisted of coffee and a croissant, which felt inadequate considering the nightly cost. On a positive note, the staff was pleasant, the location was convenient, and the car service was a nice touch. Overall, the experience did not align with the price. I could have stayed at The Colony for around $1,100 and likely received a more elevated experience. In my opinion this feels like a $400 to $500 per night property, not $1,600"

"We had the Best Time, apt was great very clean, beach was wonderful, so convenient to have all stores grocery store in front. Wonderful walking everywhere.Manager and hotel Staff were great ! Cant wait to come back "
