"Front reception staff were amazing! They were so helpful with other calling places or providing general info on how to get around the city. Dining and cafe staff were amazing as well! Rooms were clean, the tv channels stopped working for a day but then I saw the crew working on it the next day. I’m not sure if the fan in the bathroom stopped working. Loved that there was cold fresh water to get refills on certain floors. And loved that there was small stores outside to grab snacks. Great location!"
