The first floor holds 2 spacious and lavish primary suites, 1 expansive living room, and a top of the line, fully stocked kitchen. Downstairs holds a bonus room, 3 bedrooms and a bunk room, 2 with ensuite bathrooms, 2 with bathrooms steps away. Enjoy indoor and/or outdoor dining areas. With multiple covered outdoor living spaces, you can comfortably enjoy your serene surroundings. Are you ready to kick back and relax? There is something for all ages to enjoy. From custom built in bunks, to luxurious spa like soaking tubs (in each primary suite). Smart tv’s in both living rooms and all bedrooms. Open both sets of sliders on the first level to bring the outdoors in and enjoy indoor/outdoor living at its finest. The Maia House has been arranged for you to have your own place to call home on Table Rock Lake.

Great Fall Getaway

The home is beautiful, bright and spacious. It is in a good location and quiet area. The kitchen is adequate. We were able to make breakfast for 6 each day. Super close to Silver Dollar City and not far from shopping too. We enjoyed the fire pit and golf cart was a plus also.

This house has everything needed for a perfect family getaway. We met our adult kids and grandkids here for a Christmas celebration. Location was ideal to SDC and other events we went to. Beds comfortable & bathrooms plentiful! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Magazine worthy house… with a golf cart!

This home could be featured in a magazine! Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The lake is a bit of a hike from the house, but worth the effort. The water is clean and refreshing. And a golf cart is included! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Birthday Weekend

Family came in from Florida for my birthday-spent the weekend here. Amazing. House was absolutely beautiful and perfect for the 8 of us. Clean and spacious. It was so nice having coffee and having quality time with loved ones on the back deck in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. Highly recommend-we will definitely be back😁

Ideal space for quality family time in Branson!

This home was a charming spot with so many positives. Located conveniently 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City and tucked into a beautiful cove just a short walk from the back door. The interior was new and elegantly decorated with so many areas to sit and chat or play games. This was an incredible setting for our family to celebrate Christmas. 10/10 would recommend this house to any families with kiddos!

Our stay at this beautiful vacation rental home was perfect. The cleanliness, decor, & amenities were above expectation. The spacious living area, full kitchen for preparing meals, bedrooms with ensuite baths were all very comfortable and inviting. The lovely outdoor deck & seating areas to enjoy the peaceful surrounding, including a firepit with comfortable chairs & grill for barbecues were enjoyed by all. What a stay!

Our stay at this home was fabulous! We stayed in the beautiful "Maia" home. We all couldn't say enough about the attention to detail in the design and decor of this spectacular home. The beds and pillows are amazing; we all slept like babies. We highly recommend renting some golf carts from waterside carts as it is an experience and very helpful to get around Indian Point. We really enjoyed the short distance to Thirsty's. All in all this was the perfect getaway and we will definitely be returning! Thank you Waterside!

Beautiful home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful Maia house. The two primary suites on the main floor are so serene and spa like. Perfectly thought out. The living, dining, and kitchen spaces are all open and large enough for our big family getaway. We enjoyed the back deck daily, very peaceful. Our kids loved their rooms downstairs and had plenty of space to spread out. We will definitely be back. We may try the house next door for our vacation in 2024, Willow. It looked beautiful as well!

Thrilled with this property!

Felt “at home” in this place. Loved the style, furnishings, that they had a Christmas tree up, that it was fairly close to the events we had booked, and the setting was beautiful. The only “unusual” thing we noted was that the nightstands were fastened to the wall in the bedroom we used and so could plug in chargers. Already checked dates for next year, but noted that the price will be almost double, so may not be able to do that.

Great house for a 5 bedroom house

Great house the two master bed rooms were great with large tubs and showers. The living room was big enough for our group of 8 adults, large deck on the back, and nice fire pit. The listing is very misleading, it list the house as a 6 bedroom which includes a bunk-room. The house is only a 5 bedroom, the so called "bunk room" is a bunk bed in the hall, it is not in a room. As a five bedroom it was perfect for our group.

Beautiful House

Beautiful home and furnishings. A few hiccups future guests need to be aware of. Basement bedroom nightstands hooked to the wall so outlets are inaccessible for CPaps and chargers, bring an extension cord. The bunkbeds are in a hallway, not in the 6th bedroom as we assumed. A sofa sleeper in that den would solve that privacy & noise issue. Having said all that, we enjoyed it and had a great time.

Beautiful and serene home for large families/groups!

Couldn't ask for more! From the parking to the outdoor landscape/seating to the interior design and comfort of the beds, this house is amazing! Booked this home for our large family gathering and was taken back by the intricate design detail that makes this home upscale, but cozy. We felt right at home. The back deck is the perfect place to sit and enjoy coffee while listening to the lake hit the shore and the peaceful sounds of nature. The double primary bedrooms, just off the main living area, were wonderful. All bathrooms were like mini spa retreats! Downstairs bedrooms were roomy and comfortable as well. Cannot say enough about this home! The only thing that I would change is that I wish we could have stayed longer. WILL BOOK AGAIN!
