We checked in Christmas night. Gentlemen behind the counter was extremely nice and polite. Hotel looks newly remodeled. Clean, quiet. And bed and pillows were amazing.

My fur daughter and I spent 1 night here. Had to ask to have my room changed due to the traffic noise as well as putting me in a 2nd floor room at the very end of the hall when I had a dog to take out. Staff was very friendly and changed me to a 1st floor room on the back of the property so traffic noise was less and close to the door which made it easy to take my fur daughter out! Room was VERY clean except there was soap scum all over the mirror that I had to clean to be able to see tboc dry my hair. Bed was very comfortable, I, big TV (a big plus for me) that looked brand new so I loved that. However, as a former flight attendant, I've stayeùaad in A LOT of hotels all over the world! This by far was the skimpest continental breakfast I have EVER seen. Seemed like they forgot a few continents! I have NEVER seen a hotel using a Mr Coffee pot, not once, EVER! Where was the professional coffee machine few every hotel has? Then, since the pot was empty, (which should not happen during the breakfast hours), the lady just went to the SINK and put the coffee pot under the faucet and filled the pot with TAP water!. I thought, never mind, I'll just go to a drive thru and get coffee! There wasn't even orange juice to drink! Just a "yuck" factor to me. I'm a person who needs a cup of coffee as sookll m

This is a freshly opened facility and very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room we booked originally did not have a working toilet, however, they fixed the issue very quickly by moving us to a different room close by and free of charge. They also didn’t have a a proper continental breakfast. The only breakfast items were danishes like they have at the gas stationand little cereal packets(from what I could see) Other than those minor setbacks, I really think they did a great job for just recently opening and I would recommend going there if you need a safe and clean hotel.

The breakfast was very skimpy and not worth calling a breakfast. The tub was very slippery And a safety hazard. No coffe and coffee maker in the room. Only one paper coffee cup in the room. No Kleenex in the room

All the staff were helpful, kind, patient and just wonderful. The room was nice though no closet, iron (we did ask to use an iron which was happily provided.) I slipped in the shower, caught myself with the grab-bar so did not fall. Tub needs a non-slip surface. The hot breakfast bar was lacking. Only "hot" thing was the waffle iron. Fruit was nice.

The hotel is easy to find. The staff were friendly and the lobby was very neat and clean. Our room was well arranged neat and clean with updated furnishings. We had an accessible room so the bathroom was very large and had several grab bars throughout. The shower floor was not slippery. The shower had great water pressure and the hot water in the shower was continuous. The towels were thick and snowball white. The breakfast was a simple continental type but adequate and well presented. My overall experience was positive.
