"Our stay at Régent Contades was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located within walking distance of Strasbourg’s city center, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary room upgrade, which was a thoughtful surprise and made our visit even more enjoyable. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and professional, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. Room service was prompt and outstanding, and we appreciated that ice was always readily available whenever we needed it. The hot chocolate was absolutely delicious and became one of our favorite treats during our stay. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality of the entire team. Every interaction reflected their dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience. We highly recommend Régent Contades to anyone visiting Strasbourg.
