"They were doing work due to a water leak on the upper floor, but it didn’t affect us at all. The room (deluxe king) was exactly as pictured. We did expect more than cereal and mini waffles for breakfast. But all in all the girl at the front was friendly and helpful and professional and our stay was perfect for the 1 one night."

"I really liked my stay in this little cabin in the trees! It was such a nice and quiet place to come back to after each of my days of mountain biking in Bentonville! I loved the outdoor areas around the cabin, such a variety of places to sit outside and relax including a hammock. The place was very clean and perfect size for just me."

"The house, patio and yard are wonderful. Everything was clean and well maintained. The house sits at the top of the bluff, which makes getting down to the lake a bit challenging. It starts with paved switchbacks then turns into steep wooden stairs - and LOTS of them. The stairs would not be easy for young children or older adults. "

"The view of the lake is beautiful. It was so peaceful sitting either on the deck or down at the dock. Unfortunately we did not catch any fish this trip. The home was well stocked and clean. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. We would recommend this home for your next trip! "

"Very comfortable and very beautifully decorated! The bedroom set up was very comfortable amd OMG the projection screen! We got to.to watch the Chiefs season opener on it! Incredible! The kitchen was nice with everything we needed and the outdor patio was comfy for sitting out and reading or morning coffee. And the hot tub was wonderful as well! Almost forgot to mention the shower! We loved it! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and wouldn't mind coming back again!"

"This is really a wonderful property. The three bed rooms have comfortable beds, are pretty separate from each other with a bathroom either en suite or next to the bed room. The living area and kitchen are nicely laid out and well appointed. The location is good. Nice outdoor spaces as well. We drove to Noel, MO for kayaking and to Bentonville, AR to the Chrystal Bridges museum...both only 20 minute drives. The trails around Bella Vista were so nice, especially the Tanyard Creek Nature Trail. We would absolutely stay here again! "
