"Good place to stay overnight while travelling between locations. Petrol station next door which is convenient. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was sufficient. Room was comfortable and clean. Toby carvery is next door but food we had was not great."

The town is terrible high street is nothing like it use to be. The good thing in Braintree is all the history like Bradford st. And all around town. Plus pretty villages around.
