Great hotel in wonderful surroundings.

Everything went well. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and responsive. Breakfast wasn't a huge spread, but it was more than sufficient. The room was comfortable, well-equipped. The surrounding property is amazing and very peaceful.

A top Bom Jesus do Monte. Very quiet at night and very limited dining options without driving. If you are looking for active nightlife, this is not the hotel for you. We had a suite and loved the room.

I had a wonderful stay at Parque Hotel! The location is truly exceptional, nestled right within the park, offering a serene and natural environment. It’s perfectly situated, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding nature and access nearby points of interest. The hotel itself is fantastic—well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience throughout my stay. I highly recommend Parque Hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat close to nature without sacrificing convenience and comfort!

Hotel in a very beautiful spot overlooking Bom Jesus but limited dining options available (particularly if you’re vegetarian). Continental breakfast fairly basic but does the job. Staff were super helpful on reception and housekeeping do a good job.

6/10 Okay

Loved seeing Bom Jesus when day tourists are gone.

Staff was not very pleasant - not sure if they were just tired of dealing with tourist. Breakfast was disappointing - mainly because two large tour groups staying at the hotel had eaten there before we got there at 8 am and so food selection was scarce and slowly being replenished.
