"The pictures and neighborhood description are not an accurate depiction of the property. I can appreciate remodeling a home in an older maybe less desirable neighborhood and have no issues with renting the property to help with the costs. However that should be included in the description and pictures should reflect it as well. This would allow potential renters from out of town to understand the situation they are getting into and help with expectations."
