"I was late reaching the place. Called the after hours number. Got the code to access my keys. Spent a restful night in the room and left in the morning refreshed. Returned the key in the key return box. Very smooth entry, stay and exit. Thanks to the Team at CQ"

"Our cabin was clean & roomy. The queen bed & pillows were very comfy. They provided good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash & body moisturiser. Plenty of empty cupboard space for our pantry goods & adequate wardrobe for our needs. Sofa couch could have been more comfy but was ok. Loved staying here & would definitely come back."

"Close to Marina, cafes and restaurants all walkable. Nicely decorated and kept property with great views. Large bedrooms with great comfort. Luggage storage available if going to Heron Island. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend the Oaks."

". Mattresses need upgrading as the were to soft and sunk in middle. Not great to sleep on . Need more lighting in the rooms above the beds. Otherwise clean and tidy."
