"Return customer and have stayed here numerous times. Enjoy the room, location, outdoor bar and fire pit. Morning breakfast hit the spot. Travelled with a multi generational ladies trip. All of the ladies were first timers to the Newport area. They especially loved the hotel room & comfortable beds. Bonus were the outdoor weddings taking place on the property that they were able to capture a glimpse from our hotel room window. Will stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was beautiful, spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The backyard oasis and heated saltwater pool were a huge highlight and made it just as enjoyable to spend time at the house as it was to explore the area.The location was also perfect for us. We were just a short drive from downtown Newport, the beaches, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to do, while still having a quiet and private place to come back to at the end of the day.The owners were wonderful to work with. They were extremely organized and detail-oriented, provided clear information about everything we needed for our stay, and were always very responsive with excellent communication. It was obvious that they put a great deal of thought into making sure their guests have a great experience.The house was impeccably clean, very well equipped, and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay and only wished we could have stayed longer. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Newport area!"
